权变抗争:农民维权行动的一个解释框架——以生态危机为主要分析语境

摘　　要：农民维权抗争的复杂程度绝非是"依法抗争"、"依理抗争"或者"依势抗争"单一抗争解释所能概括得了的,抗争的真实图景往往是行动者在权变考量自身状况与政治情境之后所采取的综合行动的结果。而在这一行动过程中,以实现利益诉求为主要目标的农民群体,不会将行动策略局限在"法"、"势"或"理"的单一范畴之内。经过不断的行动学习,农民行动者更善于发掘潜在的跨场域的行动资源,并将其权变运用于抗争行动中。The complex peasants＇ resistance will not be effectively explained by a certain paradigm such as ＂rightful resistance＂, ＂shi-based resistance＂ or ＂social morality-based resistance＂. Factually, the real picture of resistance does result from the actors＇ comprehensive weighing their own conditions and political situation, so the peasants , aiming at realizing their interests expectation, will not absolutely limit the resisted strategies in a certain field of ＂law＂, ＂shi＂ or ＂social morality＂. With the help of experience do actors are much better at mobilizing the potential and cross-field resources.
