摘 要:采用高压密闭消解一超声波提取法一次性处理干辣椒样品,通过选择最佳消解条件和测定条件分别应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定干辣椒中Cu,Pb,Cd元素含量、氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定干辣椒中Hg,As元素含量。结果表明:在仪器最优条件下测定,cu,Cd,Pb,As,Hg元素的检出限依次为O.1mg/kg,0.1,5.0,0.03,0.03肌g/kg,测定干辣椒中各元素的标准曲线相关系数为0.9985~0.9996,加标回收率均在81%~110%之间,日内相对标准偏差均小于4.0%(n=6)。方法适合于辣椒食品中多种重金属残留同时检测。The dry chili samples were digested under high pressure in a closed pot-ultrasonic extraction. Under the optimum digestive and experimental conditions, the contents of Cu, Pb and Cd were detected through AAS and the contents of Hg and As were detected through AFS. The detection limits of Cu, Cd, Pb, As and Hg were 0. 1 mg/kg, 0. 1, 5.0, 0. 03 and 0. 03 ~g/kg, respectively, the correlation coefficients for the standard curves were 0. 9985 -0. 9996, the recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 81% and 110% and the intra-day RSD was lower than 4.0% ( n = 6 ). This method has low detection limit, high sensitivity, speediness and exactness. It could be used to detect the heavy metal residues in the chilies and to increase the analytical efficiency.
