摘  要:以膨胀珍珠岩为载体,制备出掺Y的γ-Fe2O3溶胶,通过Sol-Gel法负载于珍珠岩上进行改性,得到具有软磁性的膨胀珍珠岩载体,再通过Sol-Gel法负载Y、Zr共掺杂的TiO2,得到可见光响应的磁性漂浮型Y-Zr/TiO2/膨胀珍珠岩复合光催化剂。XRD分析对氧化铁和共掺杂TiO2进行了表征,研究复合光催化剂对As(III)的吸附能力和光催化氧化能力。结果表明,光催化剂在氙灯模拟可见光下的除砷试验中,除砷量0.434 mg/g(氧化铁改性载体黑暗吸附容量qe为0.266 mg/g);pH为9时催化效果最佳,催化剂循环使用5次后,仍保持对砷的去除率为原有的80%以上。In this paper, the sol of γ-Fe2O3 doped with Y2O3 was prepared and used to modify the expanded perlite which as cartier by sol-gel. TiO2 co-doped witla Y and Zr was loaded on the soft magnetic expanded perlite carrier via sol-gel process, then a magnetic and floating Y-Zr/TiO2/expanded perlite compound photo-catalyst with visible-light response was prepared. The Fe2O3 and co-doped TiO2 were analyzed and measured by XRD. The adsorption ability and photo-catalytical ability of the compound catalyst were studied. The results showed that the amount of arsenic removal is 0.434 mg/g under the simulated sunlight and it possesses the highest activity when pH=9. The 3,-Fe203 modified carrier's balance adsorption capacity is 0.266 mg/g. The catalyst can be used for 5 times and the amount arsenic removal is more than 80% of the origin amount.
