摘　　要：探讨偏远地方综合性大学学科人才流失相关问题,总结出学科人才流失的动因主要是薪酬待遇偏低、科研环境落后、竞争环境不公、经济条件艰苦、学术交流匮乏,学科人才的经济生活、精神生活、个人发展等方面得不到保障,针对这些问题为偏远地方综合性大学提出参考性建议。To investigate the brain drain problems related to remote local comprehensive university discipline. Summarizes the impetuses for the discipline of brain drain is the salary is low, the scientific research environment, unfair competition environment, and economic conditions, the lack of academic exchanges, subject talent economic life, spiritual life, and has no guarantee, such as personal development, to solve these problems put forward referential Suggestions for remote local comprehensive university.
