摘　　要：分析了汽车保险杠结构特点 ,设计了该塑件注射模结构 ,介绍了该模具浇注系统、加热管功率的计算、抽芯机构及复位机构的设计。The auto fender-guards' structure characteristics were analyzed. The injection mould structure for the plastic part was designed. The feeding system of the mould, the calculation of the heating pipe power, the design of the core-pulling mechanism and the resetting mechanism were introduced.
