多层螺旋CT多期扫描在原发型肝癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT多期扫描在原发型肝癌诊断当中的应用价值。方法:对来笔者所在医院治疗的78例原发型肝癌患者在治疗前进行多层螺旋CT多次扫描,观察病变特征。结果:(1)巨块型44例,结节型29例,弥漫型5例;(2)影像学表现:动脉期中度强化47例,病理性动脉血管69例,门脉期68例,病变强化值低于临近正常肝组织,42例发现门脉癌栓;(3)延迟期10例表现均为等密度。结论:多层螺旋CT多期扫描能够充分显示原发型肝癌本身的征象和伴发性征象,值得在临床上应用。Objective： To study the application value of mnltiphase scans with multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.Method： Seventy- eight patients with primary liver cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the research objectives.Their pathological changes were observed by multiphase scans with multi-slice spiral CT.Result： （1）Forty-four cases were block type, 29 cases were nodular type, and 5 cases were diffuse type; （2）Imaging manifestations： Forty-seven cases were moderately reinforcement in the arterial phrase, 69 cases showed pathological artery blood vessel, 68 cases were in the portal vein phrase, the reinforcement values of pathological changes were below which in the normal liver, and 42 cases showed portal vein tumor thrombus; （3） Manifestations of 10 eases showed equidensite in the lag period.Conclusion： Multiphase scans with multi-slice spiral CT can fully show the signs and accompanied signs of the primary liver cancer, and it is worthy of being widely applied clinically.
