使用铸造全冠对于58例患者下颌后牙实施修复的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察铸造全冠修复下颌后牙的临床效果,分析铸造全冠的临床应用价值。方法:选取2008年1月-2012年12月到笔者所在医院修复下颌后牙的58例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,一组患者采取单冠修复,另一组患者采取联冠修复,修复后随访四年观察疗效,并对比单冠修复和联冠修复的效果。结果:单冠修复组总临床有效率为89.7%,联冠修复组总临床有效率为93.1%,两种修复方式的总临床有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。58例患者共68颗折裂牙铸造全冠修复的四年随访观察发现,第一年的成功率为83.8%,第二年的成功率为93.0%,第三年的成功率为90.6%,第四年的成功率为83.3%。结论:使用铸造全冠治疗下颌后牙折裂患者的临床效果比较显著,修复成功率较高,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective： To observe the clinical results of cast full crown in treatment of mandibular posterior teeth in 58 patients, and to analyze the clinical application value of cast full crown.Method： 58 cases of patients treated in our hospital for mandibular posterior teeth recovery from January 2008 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects.The 58 cases of patients were divided into two groups, one group of patients was adopted with single-core crown recovery, while the other group of patients was adopted with combined crown recovery.Their clinical effects were observed in the next four years by following-up to compare the effects of single-core crown recovery and combined crown recovery.Result： The total clinical effectiveness of patients treated with single-core crown was 89.7%, while that of patients with combined crown was 93.[%.The comparison of the total effective rates of the two groups was not statistlcal significance（P〉O.05）. The four years of following-up observation to the cast full crown treatment to altogether 68 fractured teeth of 58 patients showed that, the success rate in the first year was 83.8%, in the second year was 93.0%, in the third year was 90.6%, and in the fourth year was 83.3%.Conclusion： The clinical results of cast full crown in treatment of mandibular posterior teeth in the 58 patients are significant, and the recovery success rate is high, so it is worth to be applied clinically.
