气相色谱法快速测定宣威火腿中的有机磷农药

摘　　要：采用气相色谱测定宣威火腿中的多种有机磷农药。宣威火腿样品绞碎成泥状后经乙腈-甲醇提取、净化，应用DB-1701毛细管色谱柱，同时采用程序升温方式进行分析。以保留时间定性，外标法定量。该方法3种有机磷农药的线性范围0-165μg／kg，相关系数为0．9998，最低检测质量分数为2μg／kg，样品加标回收率为83．80％-105．09％。该方式一次性完成宣威火腿中3种有机磷农药的测定，分析时间仅为7min，操作简便、灵敏。Objective： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of organophos- phorus pesticides in Xuanwei Ham. Methods： Organophosphorus pesticides in the Xuanwei Ham were extrac- ted by acetonitrile-methano, then analyzed with DB-1701 capillary column. Meanwhile, they were deter- mined with GC by controlling the temperature and the speed of nitrogen. Retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results： The linear ranges of organophosphorus pesticides were 0 - 165 μg/kg, r was 0. 9998. The lowest determination limit was 2 μg/kg , the rate of recovery 83.80% - 105.09%. Conclusion ： This method can separate effi- ciently and determine 3 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in the Xuanwei Ham and only needs 7 minutes. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
