摘　　要：目的评价BEGO种植系统的临床效果。方法采用BEGO种植系统修复缺牙患者1 611例,共植入种植体2 627颗,进行随访观察,计算留存率。结果 2 627颗种植体中有16颗失败,其中12颗修复前松动脱落,4颗修复后2年脱落,其余2 611颗种植体随访留存,修复后6年累计留存率为99.4%。结论 BEGO种植系统修复缺失牙可获得良好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the early clinical effects of BEGO implant system. Methods A total of 2 627 im- plants in 1 611 patients were treated by BEGO implant system from 2007 to 2012 in the Implant Center, Dalian Stomat- logical Hospital. Results Thirteen （in thirteen patients） of the 2 627 endosseous implants were lost during the first 6- month integration after implantaion. A total of 1 595 prostheses were delivered, including 1 567 fixed prostheses and 44 implant-supported overdentures. The longest follow-up time was 5.5 years, the shortest 6 months. The 1-5-year implant cumulative survival rate was 99.4%. Conclusion BEGO implant prostheses have pretty good clinical effects.
