摘　　要：回顾了机车的发展历史 ,对世界高速机车的技术发展和机车提速后出现的几项技术问题进行了论述 。The development history of locomotives was reviewed. The technical development of worldwide high speed locomotives and several technical problems which arose after speedup of locomotives were stated. Some ideas of design of domestic high speed locomotives were proposed.
