超声乳化治疗白内障的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声乳化治疗白内障的临床疗效。方法:70例白内障患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统的普通切口白内障手术治疗,观察组采用微切口超声乳化术治疗。术后对患者随访1个月,记录并比较两组患者术后1 d、1周、1个月的视力情况;术后并发症发生情况。结果:术后1个月,观察组视力恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率2.86%少于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化术治疗白内障患者疗效佳,具有良好的安全性。Objective：To study of small incision phacoemulsification operation in the treatment of cataract.Method：70 cases of cataract patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group using ordinary incision cataract operation treatment of traditional.The observation group with micro incision phacoemulsification operation treatment.After operation on the patients were followed up for 1 months,recorded and compared the visual acuity of two groups of patients after operation,1 d,1 week,1 month.Comparison of complications between two groups after operation.Result：1 months after operation, the recovery of the visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The total complication rate, the observation group of 2.86%less than 22.86%in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Small incision phacoemulsification operation in the treatment of cataract curative effect is reliable,has good safety.
