摘  要:目的:确定骆驼蓬多糖的最佳提取条件及其抗氧化活性。方法:采用正交试验优化多糖提取工艺参数,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,邻苯三酚自氧化法测定骆驼蓬多糖的抗氧化活性。结果:骆驼蓬多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间2h,提取温度95℃,料液比1∶25,提取次数2次。抗氧化活性测定表明,骆驼蓬多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性。结论:本实验可为骆驼蓬多糖的提取工艺及应用制定依据。Objective:To determine optimum extracting conditions of Peganum harmala L.Polysaccharide (PLP) and its antioxidant activity.Methods:The optimal procedure for the extraction of PLP was investigatedby using orthogonal array design.The phenol-sulfuric acid method was used for polysaccharide determination and the antioxidant activity of the Peganum harmala L extract was tested by pyrogallol autoxidation method radical scavenging assay.Result:The optimum extraction condition of PLP has been established as follows:extraction time was 2.0h,extraction temperature was 95 ℃,and the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶ 25,extraction times were 2 times.Antioxidant activity testing revealed that PLP had antioxidative capacity.Conclusion:The experimental result of this method can be the basis of extracting PLP process.
