中青年脑梗死患者急性期血清同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白和D-二聚体的水平的动态变化及其与近期预后的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨中青年脑梗死急性期患者的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及D-二聚体(D-D)与脑梗死的相关性及临床意义。方法选择2010年1月到2013年6月的中青年脑梗死患者88例,测定其在住院治疗第1天、第3天、第7天、第14天的Hcy、CRP和D-D水平,并与正常对照组相比较。结果在中青年脑梗死急性期的患者的Hcy、CRP和D-D均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),在治疗后的第1天与第3天相比差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第1天与第7天和第14天相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在复发组患者中,Hcy、CRP和D-D均高于总的患者组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy、CRP和D-D的水平与中青年患者脑梗死急性期的病情具有密切的关系,对这三个指标的监测在中青年脑梗死急性期的诊断治疗及预后中具有非常重要的意义。Objective To investigate the relationships between Homoeysteine （Hcy）, C Reactive Protein （ CRP）, D-dimer （D-13） and the acute cerebral infarction in middle-young aged patients. Methods From January 2010 to June 2013 ,a total of 88 middle-young aged patients with acute cerebral infarction were admitted to our hospital. Hcy; CRP and D-D level in the first day, third day, seventh day and fourteenth day were detected and compared with those in control group. Results Hcy, CRP and D-D levels in patients were all higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference of the Hcy, CRP and D-D levels in the first and third day during the treatment, while in comparison of the Hcy, CRP and D-D levels in the first day with that in seventh day and fourteenth day, the difference had statistical significance. In the recidivation group, the levels of Hcy, CRP and D-D were higher than those in the total pa tients and the control group, and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusions Hcy, CRP and D-D levels have intimate rela tionship with the condition of the patients with acute cerebral infarction, and it has very important significance in. monitoring these three index in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
