摘 要:针对野外火烧试验对燃烧时间精确控制的需求,设计了自适应加油控制系统。提出了加油及点火方案及系统构建方案,采用实时计算燃烧速率、分阶段微调节控制等方法实现了自适应补油控制,解决了气候、风速、温度等环境因素影响及信号远距离传输噪声等问题。增强了故障处理功能,提高了系统应急响应能力。通过现场验证试验,可以证明系统对燃烧时间的控制精度在±1 min,系统设计满足试验要求。In order to meet the demand for accurate burning time control in field fire test,a self-adaptive refueling control system was designed.The project of refueling,ignition,and system construction was put forward.Self-adaptive refueling control was realized by using real-time burring rate calculation and stage fine turning control,which minimized the interferences of climate,wind speed,and temperature,and solved the signal noise problem of long distance signal transmission.The breakdown treatment function was enhanced and the emergency response capability was improved.Validation test result showed that the accuracy of burring time control is ±1 min.The system design meets the requirement of field fire test.
