摘　　要：为了对用户用电量的远程监控和统一管理,提高抄表的效率,利用GPRS通信技术、移动网络和MVC设计模式,提出远程抄表监控系统的设计方案,实现对电表用户用电量信息的监控和管理。与传统人工抄表相比,本系统便于对用户电量的统一管理、统计和分析。In order to meet the needs of remote monitoring and unified management of electricity consumption and improve the efficiency of meter reading, utilizing the GPRS communication technology, the mobile network and MVC design pattern, the monitoring system of remote meter reading is proposed to monitor and manage the users＇ electricity information. Compared with the traditional manual meter reading, it is convenient for unified management, statistics and analysis of user electricity consumption.
