腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术与传统开腹手术的近期疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术与传统开腹手术的近期疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年12月本科进行的腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术167例、开腹手术152例患者的临床资料。比较两组患者手术及术后情况。结果:在出血量、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生率方面,腹腔镜组优于传统组(P<0.05),两组手术时间、淋巴结清扫数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术安全可行,微创优势明显,近期疗效与传统开腹手术相当,值得推广。Objective： To compare the short -term outcomes of laparoscopic surgery versus traditional open surgery for colorectal cancer. Method： The clinic data of 167 patients with colorectal cancer treated by laparoscopic surgery and 152 patients treated by traditional open surgery, from January 2009 to December 2012, were analyzed retrospectively. Result： In the blood loss, ambulation time, anus exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, complications, laparoscopy group was superior to the traditional group （ P〈0.05 ） . The difference of operation time, number of removed lymph node cleaning of two groups was not significant （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer is safe, reliable, has obvious advantages of minimally invasive, the short-term outcomes of are comparable with these of open surgery for calorectal cancer, is worth promoting.
