摘　　要：清末民初的校友会在近代中国影响甚巨,然而学界相关研究极其匮乏。校友会产生于近代新式教育的基础上,数目繁多,类别丰富。因其具备相形严密的运作机制,加之其开展的众多活动颇引人兴趣,使其具备强大的生命力,尤其是校友会会员面对外国侵略时表现出的强烈爱国情怀在中国近代史上意义重大。The alumni association of the Late Qiug Dynasty Chinas influence on the modern huge academic research, however, is extremdy scarce. The alumni association is generated in modern education on the basis of a number of rich category. Since it has the dwarf tight operation mechanism, combined with its numerous activities carded out quite interesting, it has strong vitality. Especially alumni association membership is the face of foreign aggression, which shows a strong sense of patriotism in the mod- em history of China.
