立体定向血肿抽吸联合尿激酶溶解治疗高血压脑出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨立体定向血肿抽吸联合尿激酶在高血压脑出血中的应用效果。方法 80例高血压脑出血患者按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用神经内科综合疗法,治疗组采用立体定向血肿抽吸联合尿激酶治疗,比较2组患者的疗效。结果治疗组治疗1周、2周后的血肿周边水肿显著少于对照组,血肿消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的神经功能改善、GOS良好率、再出血率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论立体定向血肿抽吸联合尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血效果较好,能显著改善患者预后。Objective To explore the applicative effect of stereotactic aspiration combined with urokinase in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients was divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods. Control group was given comprehensive conservative therapy, and study group were treated with stereotactic aspiration combined with urokinase treatment, treatment effect was compared be tween two groups. Results Hematoma at 1 weeks, 2 week after the treatment in study group was significantly less than that in control group, and hematoma disappearing time was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Improvement of nerve function, GOS good rate, rebleeding rate in study group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Complications between two groups were no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Stereotactic aspiration combined with urokinase may have good effect in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and it can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
