浙江省新生代农民工教育培训需求分析

摘  要:新生代农民工的职业能力培训与发展是解决浙江省就业结构性短缺的关键点之一。通过问卷调查分析发现,浙江省新生代农民工教育培训意识开始改观,从之前的被动培训转向主动培训,促成这种变化的原因是学历差异引发的竞争压力和经济发展的动态需求。加强新生代农民工教育培训工作,应强化方向引导,提供培训便利;协同多方优势,优化培训模式;合理安排时间,改革授课方式;构建激励机制,统筹教育资源。The occupational ability training and development for the new generation of migrant workers is the key to solving the shortage of skilled workers in Zhejiang Province. Survey found that migrant workers' consciousness changes because of diploma pressure and occupation development needs. They begin to become active in receiving such education. Currently, Zhejiang province migrant workers training is still facing such problems as mono-teaching method, shortage of funds and lack of practicality. To solve the above problem, the concerted efforts made by investment institutions, educational institutions, social welfare organizations and other resources are needed.
