摘 要:近年来,3D激光扫描仪凭借其全自动高精度立体扫描的优点极大地促进了三维重建的发展与应用,然而,其过高的价格又极大地限制了其应用与普及。基于这一问题,提出了一种自制的低成本3D激光扫描系统,该系统基于结构光法原理,由常见的摄像头,线状激光发射器,标定板搭建而成。系统分为背景设置,相机标定及数据采集几个部分。实验结果表明,此系统能够完成对物体的三维扫描过程,具有成本低,性价比高的优点。In recent years,the 3D laser scanning,with its advantages of three-dimensional scan and the automatic high precision,greatly promotes the 3D reconstruction to the rapid development and wide applications.However,the high price greatly limits its application and popularization.Based on this problem,a low cost 3D laser scanning system is presented which is based on structured light principle.It consists of common camera,linear laser emitter,and calibration boar.This system is divided into following several parts:the set of the background,the camera calibration and data collecting.The experiment results show that this system could complete the 3d scanning process.It has the advantages of low cost,and high performance to price ratio.
