摘  要:目的:通过正交试验,采用不同提取条件对光肩星天牛多糖进行提取试验,用于天牛属中药多糖的开发研究。方法:采用热水浸提法对光肩星天牛多糖进行提取试验,通过单因素试验来确定提取时间等4个因素进行正交试验,用苯酚-硫酸进行光肩星天牛多糖含量检测。结果:试验得出的天牛多糖的最佳提取工艺条件:提取时间1.5h,料液比1:10,提取温度70℃,提取次数3次。提取温度对光肩星天牛多糖提取的影响显著,其次为提取的次数,料液比和提取时间影响不显著。结论:天牛多糖提取率的影响因素是以提取温度为主,即提取时间的不断延长,细胞破碎越完全,多糖溶出的越多,所得多糖含量则越高。Objective: In the orthogonal test, extraction test is operated under different conditions on Anoplophora glabripennis polysaccharide, for the development of Chinese medicine polysaccharides of long corn beetles of the genus. Methods:Anoplophora glabripennis polysaccharide was extracted by hot water through the test. In orthogonal test, extraction time and other three factors are determined by single factor test. The detection of Anoplophora glabripennis polysaccharide content was helped by phenol--sulfuric acid. Results: Extraction were 3. The extraction temperature had significant effects on Anoplophora glabripennis polysaccharide extraction, followed by the extraction times. However, extraction time and the material liquid ratio are not significantly affected. Conclusion:The factor affecting the extraction rate of polysaccharide is mainly the extraction temperature, that is, the longer the extraction time is, the more the cell fragmentation completes and polysaccharide dissolves, the higher polysaccharide content is.
