摘　　要：目的:总结癫痫自主神经性发作的诊断、治疗和护理经验,提高对该病的认识。方法:采集我医院神经科近5年收治的23例确诊为癫痫自主神经性发作患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析整理。结果:本组患者在经积极的治疗和护理后症状都得以控制。结论:通过提高对癫痫自主神经性发作的认识,对该病的患者如能正确的诊断治疗和护理,能很好的控制症状发作,减轻患者的痛苦。Objective：To summarize the diagnosis, treatment and nursing experience of epileptic autonomic seizures so as to raise awareness of the disease. Methods：We collected clinical data of 23 patients diagnosed as epileptic autonomic seizures in recent 5 years in Department of Neurology in our hospital cases in patients with were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The symptoms of patients in this group have been controlled after active treatment and nursing. Conclusion：By improving the can be controlled very well after correct diagnosis and understanding of epileptic autonomic seizures, the disease treatment and nursing care, and the pain can be reduced.
