马克思经济学与西方经济学地租理论的比较研究

摘　　要：本文通过对马克思经济学和西方经济学地租理论的比较分析,指出二者在理论来源、研究对象及内容上的共性,并从地租的范围、级差地租的划分、地租产生的原因及形成条件、地租的价格问题等方面深入剖析了二者的区别。进而以马克思经济学地租理论为理论依据和指导,在汲取西方经济学中的有益成分的基础上,对我国的现实土地问题予以启示和建议,以期更好地解决我国的土地问题。Based on a comparative analysis of Marxist economics and Western economics in terms of respective land rent theo- ries, this article points out their commonality in theoretical sources, research subjects and contents, and profoundly analyzes their differences in terms of land rent ranges, division of differential rents, causes and formation conditions of land rents, and land rent prices. Then, learning from beneficial ingredients in the Western Economics, this paper, taking Marxist economics in land rent theory as its theoretical principle and guidance, offers lessons and proposals concerning the actual land problems in our country, so as to better address the land problems.
