子宫内膜间质肉瘤P57^(KIP2)的表达及临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨P57KIP2在子宫内膜间质肉瘤中的表达及与外科分期和预后的关系,为研究子宫内膜间质肉瘤的发病机制、临床诊断及进一步开展基因治疗提供理论依据。方法收集聊城市人民医院2004—2011年44例子宫内膜间质肉瘤和21例子宫肌瘤标本石蜡切片,采用免疫组化Envision两步法检测P57KIP2的表达。结果 P57KIP2在子宫内膜间质肉瘤细胞核中的表达远低于子宫肌瘤细胞核中的表达,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);与子宫内膜间质肉瘤无复发转移组比较,P57KIP2蛋白在复发转移子宫内膜间质肉瘤中表达阳性率较低,P<0.05。且与子宫内膜间质肉瘤无复发转移组比较,有复发转移的子宫内膜间质肉瘤组其阳性细胞表达率也显著降低(15%vs 56.3%,P<0.05)。结论 P57KIP2与子宫内膜间质肉瘤的发生和发展过程密切相关,且与子宫内膜间质肉瘤的预后有关,低表达或缺失提示预后不良。Objective To investigate the P57KIP2 in endometrial stromal sarcoma of the express and surgical stage and prognosis for the study of the relationship, endometrial stromal sarcoma of the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and the further research to provide theo- retical basis for gene therapy. Methods This research mainly using immunohistochemistry techniqueP57KIP2 organization the expres- sion level of study. Collect peopleg hospital of liaocheng city in 2004 to 2011 44 cases of osteosarcoma of the paraffin section and the 21 cases of uterine fibroids specimen for contrast, the application of immunohistochemical Envision two-step detection in osteosarcoma P57KIP2 expression level. Results P57KIP2 in endometrial stromal sarcoma of the nuclei express （ positive rate 40.5% ） is far lower than the expression in uterine fibroids nucleus （ positive rate 91.4% ）, and between the two groups have significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion P57KIP2 protein in endometrial stromal sarcoma is lower than the expression in uterine leiomyoma, shows that the expres- sion P57KIP2 genes in endometrial stromal sarcoma;Occurrence, development process has an effect;P57KIP2 protein in endometrial stro- mal sarcoma sarcoma tumor the expression and its prognosis related,low expression or missing indicates poor prognosis.
