摘　　要：文章基于机器视觉检测系统,设计了一套皇冠瓶盖外围刮擦检测系统。通过梯度算法,外围滤波,及改进的外围对齐算法,实现了对瓶盖外围刮擦的检测,并在工业现场获得较好的实际检测效果。In this paper, a crown cap periphery scratch detection system based on machine vision has been designed based on the visual inspection system. By using the gradient algorithm,outside fiherand improved outside alignment algorithm, the identification of outside defects has been realized. The system acquires good actual testing results in the industrial field.
