摘　　要：Venture Lab是斯坦福大学第一次面向全球的创业教育网络教育课程,组建100多个学习团队完成,笔者参与了其团队学习。其教学了解学生情况,编排巧妙教学内容和形式,实现共同愿景;任务驱动,最大限度发挥团队学习自主性,保障深度会谈;师资阵容强大,评价体系健全,克服习惯性防卫。团队学习和创业教育的有效结合,能为高校开展创新创业教育提供新的思考角度。Venture Lab is an online entrepreneurial education course open to the whole world by Stanford for the first time. More than 100 learning teams are constructed, and the writer has joined one of them. The teaching takes students situation into consideration, organizes the teaching contents in a clever form and helps to achieve the common vision. It is task-based, keeping the initiative in each team＇ s hand to the greatest extent and guaranteeing in-depth discussion. It has a well-balanced teaching fac- ulty with sound evaluation mechanisms against habitual defense. The effective combination of team leaning and entrepreneurial ed- ucation provides us with a new thinking angle for conducting innovative entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities.
