摘　　要：公民人格塑造是社会主义民主政治发展的本质要求。思想政治教育在塑造大学生公民人格方面发挥着重要的作用,它能够帮助大学生提高公民意识,培育公民潜意识和塑造公民行为模式。要充分发挥思想政治教育这一功能就必须在研究公民人格结构的基础上形成系统的灌输指导、陶冶领悟、组织参与的公民人格塑造模式。Citizens＂ personality shaping is the essential requirement of socialist democratic politics devel- opment. The ideological and political education plays an important role in shaping citizen＇s personality of the college students ,which could help students to improve citizen consciousness ,cultivate citizen subcon- scious and shape citizen behavior patterns. To play this function of the ideological and political education , it must form systematically the citizen＇s personality shaping mode by instilling, guiding, cultivating and or- ganizing.
