摘　　要：一国内高势文化对低势文化的影响并非一定为内部殖民,而属于正常的文化交流现象。内部殖民论已经被泛化与滥用,不应成为多民族国家种族分离的借口,更不应与多元一体格局的建构相互对立。It falls short of their interests to rashly orientate as internal colonization the relationship be- tween cultures of high and low potential energy.
