摘  要:使用2,4-滴丁酯(2,4-D butylate)处理小麦根尖,研究其对小麦根尖细胞染色体畸变的影响。将田间用量的该除草剂药液稀释10倍、50倍、100倍,分别处理小麦根尖12、24、36、48 h。结果表明,不同稀释倍数及时间均能导致小麦根尖分生组织细胞染色体发生畸变。在光学显微镜下可检测到凝集、加倍染色体、多极、桥、滞后、不均等分裂等畸变现象。其中稀释50倍并处理24 h条件下,染色体畸变率最高,达到6.334%;在所有畸变现象中,染色体凝集现象最显著,可达3.029%。The chromosomal aberrations of wheat root tip cells were studied after the root were treated by 2, 4-D butylate. The 2, 4-D butylate used in the field were diluted by 10 times, 50 times, 100times, and then treated the wheat root tip for different time(12, 24, 36, and 48 h). The results showed that each treatment could induce chromosomal aberrations. Chromosome condensation, chromosome doubling, multipolar, chromosome bridge, laggards, and unequal division were observed in microscope.In these treatments, 2, 4- D butylate diluted by 50 times for 24 h could induce the highest percent of aberration and the highest abnormal division rate was 6.334%. Chromosome condensation was the most, and the rate was 3.029%.
