花青素类天然染料研究现状及展望

摘　　要：花青素作为一种天然色素因其颜色多样且无毒、保健的特性正受到食品、制药以及化妆品行业的日益关注,然而在纺织印染行业则较少有系统的研究。文章对花青素的结构特点、基本性质、稳定化、功能与染色应用的研究现状作一简述。尤其是花青素应用于纺织印染的相关研究尚由不足,应用性研究不能结合理论基础,缺乏社会影响力,因而花青素类染料的研究需建立于成熟的染料研究体系展开。最后文章就花青素天然染料的未来研究方向进行了展望。As a natural pigment, anthocyanins receives increasing attention in food, pharmacy and cosmetics industries due to its various colors and nontoxicity and health care function. However, it has few systematic research in textile printing and dyeing industry. This paper briefly describes the research status of structural features, basic property, stabilization, function and dyeing application of anthocyanins. In particular, there are inadequate researches related to the application of anthocyanins in textile printing and dyeing. Applied researches cannot combine with theoretical basis and lack social influence. Therefore, the research on anthocyanins dyes should be conducted based on a mature dye research system. Finally, this paper looks forward to the future research direction of anthocyanins natural dyes.
