基于气敏传感器的羽绒气味鉴别方法

摘　　要：为快速、准确地鉴别羽绒异味,利用GC-MS气质联用的方法对羽绒中可能存在的气味成分进行鉴定,然后选择VOC气体检测仪对不同羽绒进行检测,并与传统的人工测试方法进行比较,检测示值与人工判定具有明显的关联性.结果表明,羧酸类化合物和内酯类化合物是羽绒气味的主要成分,为进一步研究羽绒气味成分并选择合适的气敏传感器提供参考.To identify the peculiar smell in down fleetly and exactly,the method is used to appraise the possibly smell ingredient with GC-MS.The result shows that carboxylic acids and lactones are the main parts.So the VOC gas testing apartment has been chosen to test different down samples,and the result was compared with the artificial method,which have obvious relationship.This will be helpful for further study about down smell ingredients and gas sensor＇s choice.
