摘 要:该文章借鉴了近三十年教师评价能力的相关研究成果,讨论了当前教育评价范式转移对语言教师评价能力构成的影响,并探讨了相应的教师评价培训,教师评价能力发展等问题,该文建议语言教师评价培训应更多关注当前教师的学习需求,改革其培训内容和方式。Based on the relevant research on teacher assessment literacy in the last 30 years, the article discusses the effects of educational assessment paradigm shift on the construct of language teachers' assessment literacy, and the is- sues of training language teachers in assessment and developing their assessment literacy. It attempts to draw the at- tention of language teacher training programs to current teachers' assessment learning needs, and calls on the adjust- ment of training content and methods to serve such needs.
