摘 要:目的 探讨缺锌对大鼠脑肌醇磷脂信号转导系统的影响。方法 2 4只 Wistar大鼠 ,雌雄各半 ,按体重随机分为 A(缺锌组 ) ,B(自由进食组 ) ,C(配对饲养组 )三组 ,每组 8只 ,实验期 40天 ,测定脑锌和血锌含量 ,并观察缺锌对大鼠脑组织内磷脂酶 C(PLC)活性 ,蛋白激酶 C(PKC)活性 ,钙调蛋白 (Ca M)含量 ,及钙依赖性蛋白激酶 (Ca MK )活性的影响。结果 A组大鼠血清和脑锌含量明显降低 ,同时 A组大鼠大脑皮层和海马中 PLC,PKC,Ca MK 活性亦明显低于 B组和 C组。A组大鼠脑组织 Ca M含量明显低于 B组 ,与 C组无显著性差异。Objective: To investigate the effect of zinc deficiency on phosphoinositol signal transduction system in rat brain. Methods: 24 Wistar rats, half in male and female, were divided into 3 groups according to their weights: A (zinc deficiency group), B (ad libitum group) and C (pair fed group) with 8 rats in each. Serum and brain zinc contents, phospholipase C (PLC), protein kinase C (PKC), CaMK Ⅱ activities and calmodulin (CaM) content were determined after forty days. Results: The results showed that serum and brain zinc contents, PLC activity, PKC activity and CaMK Ⅱ activity in A group were significantly lower than group B and C. Conclusion: Zinc deficiency can inhibit phosphoinositol signal transduction system in rat brain.
