高效液相色谱法测定叶下珠中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：以高效液相色谱法测定叶下珠中没食子酸的含量。采用YWG C18( 10 μm)色谱柱 ,甲醇—水—磷酸 ( 4∶ 96∶ 0 0 5)为流动相 ,测得叶下珠中没食子酸的含量为 0 114% ,平均回收率为 10 3.1%。测定方法快速、灵敏 。A practical sensitive and fast HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Phyllanthus urinaria L. was developed. To perform this method, the YWG C 18 (10 μm) column and a mobile phase composed of methanol, water and phosphoric acid (MeOH∶H 2O∶H 3PO 4=4∶96∶0.05) were used. The results of the determination by this method showed that the mean content of the gallic acid in Phyllanthus urinaria L. was 0.114%, and the average recovery was 103.1%.
