摘　　要：目的:探讨β-连环素(catenin)在人表皮肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SABC(streptactividin-biotin complex)法检测81例人表皮肿瘤组织标本,包括光线性角化病(actinic keratosis,AK)18例,鲍恩样丘疹病(Bowenoid papulosis,BP)15例,鲍恩病(Bowen disease,BD)16例,鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)32例以及20例正常人包皮组织标本中β-catenin的表达水平,并分别统计分析比较其异常表达率在各临床病理学分级不同的疾病组中的差异。结果:①β-catenin在上述4组疾病组织中的异常表达率均明显高于正常对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.01);②各组标本中随着恶性程度的增高,β-catenin的异常表达水平亦升高,但各组间β-catenin异常表达情况的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),SCCⅡ期和Ⅲ期中β-catenin的异常表达水平高于Ⅰ期,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③在SCC组中,β-catenin异常表达率与肿瘤浸润深度和肿瘤转移有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:β-catenin在人表皮肿瘤的发生发展过程中起重要作用,其可能成为基因治疗的一个新方向。Objective： To investigate the expression of β-catenin protein in human epidermal tumors and its clinical signifi cance. Methods： The immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of β-catenin in 81 human epidermal tumors [18 actinic keratosis （AK）, 15 bowenoid papulosis （BP）, and 16 Bowen＇s disease （BD）, 32 squamous cell carcinoma （SCC）]. Results： ① the abnormal expression levels of β-catenin in four study groups were all significantly higher than those of the normal control group （P〈 0.01）. ②The abnormal expression of β-catenin in the four study groups were increasing with the extent of malignancy of these diseases, but had no statistical differences （P〉0.05）. And the abnormal expression levels of β-catenin in SCC stage II-III were higher than stage I, but had no statistical difference （P〉 0.05）.③The abnormal expression level of β- catenin in SCC had a correlation with the extent of infiltration and tumor metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： β-catenin protein plays an important role in the genesis and progression of human epidermal tumors and may be a target for therapy.
