摘 要:目的 观察扇贝提取物 (SE)对肝损伤小鼠抗氧化功能的影响。方法 一次灌胃6% CCl4 油溶液 1 0 ml/kg bw,通过谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)等指标观察给予 0 .5、1 .5、3.0 (g/kg)扇贝提取物的作用。结果 给予不同剂量扇贝提取物降低 LPO、提高 GSH- Px及 SOD的作用不同 ,以 1 .5g/kg bw效果最好。Objective:To investigate the protective effect of scallop extract isolated from scallop leftover on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4) in mice. Methods: The mice were treated with a single intragastric feeding of 6% CCl 4 oil solution (10ml/kg bw). The activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the level of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in liver and blood of mice were determined. Results: The content of LPO in CCl 4 group was higher than that of the control, while the activities of GSH Px and SOD significantly decreased. However, when the animals were administered with scallop extract by intragastric feeding before intoxication with CCl 4, the level of LPO was remarkably reduced and the activites of GSH Px and SOD were elevated. Conclusion: The scallop extract might effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation in vivo.
