玻璃体切割联合眼内填充术后眼压升高的相关因素分析及治疗

摘　　要：高眼压是玻璃体切割联合眼内填充术后常见并发症之一。危险因素包括糖尿病、孔源性视网膜脱离、增生性玻璃体视网膜病变、眼外伤、有青光眼解剖因素存在、眼部手术史、术中联合晶状体摘出及全视网膜光凝、术后房水成分及引流通路改变、术后长期应用糖皮质激素等;主要治疗方式有药物治疗、放出过多填充物、激光虹膜根部切开、睫状体光凝或冷凝、青光眼引流装置植入等。术前发现高危因素、正确判断高眼压发生机制将对术后高眼压的防治具有重要的指导意义。High intraocular pressure is one of the common complications after vitrectomy with intraocular padding. The risk factors include diabetes, rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, proliferative vitreoretinopathy, ocular trauma, glaucoma anatomical factors, history of eye surgery, cataract surgery combined with panretinal photocoagulation, aqueous ingredients and drainage path changing postoperatively, a long-term use of glucocorticoid. The methods of treatment include medication, emitting the excess tamponade, laser iris roots piercing, photocoagulation or condensation of the ciliary body, glaucoma drainage device implantation, et al. Discovering the preoperative risk factors and determining the mechanisms of the occurrence of high intraocular pressure play key roles in guiding the prevention and treatment of high intraocular pressure postoperatively.
