晚期结肠癌术后肠内高营养治疗对IL-2系统影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨术后早期应用肠内营养治疗晚期结肠癌患者细胞因子水平的变化。方法　采用酶联免疫法测定肠内营养组和对照组外周血清中 IL- 2、IL- 2 R及 IL- 2 Rα水平。结果　晚期结肠癌术后早期肠内营养组治疗 1周后 ,机体细胞因子 IL - 2、IL - 2 Rα水平迅速上升 ,s IL - 2 Rα下降明显 ;而常规输液对照组 IL - 2、IL - 2 Rα水平迅速上升 ,s IL - 2 Rα下降明显 ;而常规输液对照组 IL- 2及 IL- 2 Rα水平呈下降趋势 ,s IL- 2 Rα变化不明显 ,两组结果相比差异显著 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论　早期应用肠内营养治疗晚期结肠癌术后患者 ,有利于尽快恢复机体免疫调节功能 。Objective To study the effects of early enteral hypernutrition therpy on IL-2 system of postoperative patients with late colon cancer. Methods Patients were divided into 2 groups, 48 cases each. The treatment group received postoperative early enteral Hypernutrition therapy and the control group received ordinary intravenous infusion. The IL-2,IL-2R and sIL-2R levels in serum were detected by Elisa assay.Results The IL-2、IL-2R levels were increased markedly and sIL-2R levels was decreased after one week of early enteral hypernutrition therapy,while IL-2, IL-2R levels were decreased and sIL-2R levels showed no change in control group.Conclusion Early enteral hypernutrition therapy is helpful to restore the immuno-regulratory function of postoperative patients with late colon cancer.
