原发性肺癌380例舌象分析

摘　　要：通过对 380例原发性肺癌患者舌象进行观察分析 ,发现舌象对肺癌分期有一定的参考价值。舌质淡红、舌苔薄而质润 ,多为病之早期 ;舌质红或紫、舌苔厚而腐腻 ,多为肺癌中晚期。本组病例紫舌 2 13例 ,占 5 6.0 5 %。舌质由紫转淡红或晦暗转明润 ,舌苔由厚变薄 ,由无苔变薄苔 ,说明病情好转 ,反之为逆 ;舌红绛少苔或无苔表示胃气已绝 ,预后差。舌诊可预测患者对放疗的耐受性 ,可供确定放射治疗剂量时的参考 ,还可指导治疗用药 ,中药养阴清热解毒可减少放疗副反应。提示舌诊对了解肺癌的转归及预后有一定意义。The tongue pictures of 380 cases of primary lung cancer were observed and analysed.The value of tongue picture analysis on the judgement of lung cancer stage was found.Pink tongue with thin and moist mostly indicated the early stage of cancer.Red or purlish tongue with thick early and greasy fur mostly indicated the intermediate or late stage of cancer.The diseases turned better when the purlish tongue turned pink,or the thick fur turned thin or uncoated tongue turned thin fur,on the contrary,the disease turned worse.Bright red tongue with less fur or without fur indicated that there was no stomach qi left and the unfavorable prognosis.All above showed the effect of tongue picture analysis on the prognosis of primary lung cancer.
