摘  要:针对我国遥感测绘卫星应用的实际需要,提出国境内实体几何定标检定场与国境外虚拟数字定标场相结合,卫星载荷实测位置/姿态参数与地面大范围基础地理信息几何控制要素相融合,经整体协同处理构建一种全球广域几何定标与地面目标三维定位的基础框架体系,为测绘卫星影像数据的全球应用提供一致的控制基础和可靠的定位基准。全球广域定标定位框架体系的建立,主要解决基于参考椭球面的全球剖分球面网格的构建技术,境内实体几何定标场的设计与实现技术,境外虚拟数字定标场的分布与交叉定标验证技术,以及卫星载荷实测成像参数与大量地面几何控制数据进行天地协同的融合处理技术。本文对涉及的相关技术进行了介绍和分析,并对分项试验验证情况进行了讨论。According to practical application requirements of remote sensing and mapping satellites, the geometric calibration filed entity build in our country and the digital calibration filed virtually build abroad is proposed to be combined, the actually observed position and attitude parameters of satellite load are proposed to be merged with the geometric control elements of fundamental geographic information, and based on integrated processing method, a global geometric calibration and three dimensional (3D) positioning framework is constructed, which provides a consistent control basis and a reliable positioning benchmark for global application of surveying and mapping satel- lite imagery. Then, in order to build a global calibration and positioning framework, the following techniques are considered and studied, which are the construction of global subdivision grid of the reference ellipsoid surface, the designing and implementing of geometric calibration field in our country, the distribution and cross calibration of the digital calibration field built abroad virtually, and the integration and merging of imaging parameters of the sat- ellite loaded with ground control data. And in this paper, the above techniques are introduced and analyzed, and corresponding experimental validation results are discussed.
