摘　　要：目的:分析全身热疗联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床应用研究。方法:在CENTRAL/Pub Med和中国生物医学文献数据库中检索1995年-2013年间比较全身热疗联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的随机/对照临床研究,对符合标准的文献进行分析。结果:5篇文献(包括422例患者)符合入选标准,总缓解率分别为66.19%、24.68%,相对危险度(relative risk,RR)为1.59(95%CI:1.32-1.91),个体RR值波动于1.52-1.90之间。异质性检验未发现明显偏倚(P=0.99)。结论:全身热疗联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效优于单纯化疗。Objective：To analyse clinical researches of whole body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy inmiddle or advanced non small cell lung cancer.Methods：Randomized control clinical researches about whole bodyhyperthermia and chemotherapy in non small cell lung cancer during 1995-2013 were searched in CENTRAL/PubMed and Chinese Biomedical literature database.Literatures which matched with inclusion criteria were meta analysed.Results：5 articles （including 422 patients） were selected.Total remission rates of whole body hyperthermia and chemotherapy group were 66.19％,24.68％.Relative risk was 1.59 （95％ CI：1.32-1.91）.Individual RR fluctuate between 1.52-1.90.Heterogeneity test revealed no significant bias （P =0.99）.Conclusion：The effect of whole body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in middle or advanced non small cell lung cancer was superior to chemotherapy.
