急性白血病患者血清Cystatin C水平测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨Cystatin C在急性白血病中的临床意义。方法:采用颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法测定62例急性白血病患者血清中Cystatin C水平。结果:急性白血病初诊患者血清Cystatin C水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),完全缓解期Cystatin C水平恢复正常,未缓解和复发患者Cystatin C水平与初诊患者无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测血清Cystatin C水平变化有助于急性白血病病情判断,可作为疗效观察的新指标。Objective：To investigate clinical significance of Cystatin C in patients with acute leukemia.Methods：Serum level of Cystatin C in 62 patients with acute leukemia was determined by particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay.Results：The serum level of Cystatin C in initial patient with acute leukemia was significantly higher than that of control group （P ＜ 0.05）,and decreased to normal in patients at complete remission period.There was no difference in Cystatin C between nonremission and relapse and initial patients（P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion：Serum Cystatin C in the patients with acute leukemia is useful marker to judge state of illness,and Cystatin C may be regarded as new index of curative effect.
