摘　　要：芳香化酶抑制剂(AIs)已经广泛用于绝经后雌激素受体阳性的乳腺癌患者的术后辅助治疗。与单独应用他莫昔芬相比,AIs能显著地提高治疗效果,但同时也会带来骨肌系统的副作用,主要包括骨丢失和关节痛,而这已成为导致治疗中断的主要因素。本文对芳香化酶抑制剂导致关节痛的可能病因及治疗进展进行综述。Aromatase inhibitors are widely used as adjuvant therapy in postmenopausal women with hormone receptor -positive breast cancer.While the agents are associated with slightly improved survival outcomes when compared to tamoxifen alone,bone and musculoskeletal side effects are substantial,including bone loss and arthralgias,which have been the main causes of discontinuation of therapy.This review will focus on possible causes and treatment progress of aromatase inhibitors-associated arthralgias.
