摘　　要：目的:探讨proNGF凋亡前信号在直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用RT-PCR及Western blot技术检测直肠癌组织中proNGF凋亡前信号各因子proNGF、Sortilin、p75的表达,以12例瘤周正常组织为对照。结果:proNGF、Sortilin、p75 mRNA在直肠癌组织中的表达分别为031±0.03、0.35±0.07、0.41±0.08,在正常组织中高表达,分别为0.79±0.06、0.73±0.10、0.84±0.11,2组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);proNGF、Sortilin、p75蛋白在直肠癌组织中的表达分别为052±0.05、0.31±0.04、0.41±0.09,在正常组织中分别为0.83±0.16、0.53±0.08、0.72±0.12,正常组织亦明显高于直肠癌组织(P<0.05)。结论:proNGF凋亡前信号所导致的细胞凋亡信号参与了直肠癌的发生、发展过程,其较低的表达可能是导致直肠癌的一种内在机制。Objective：To observe the expressional changes of proNGF apoptosis pro-signal in pimeloma and its clinical meanings.Methods：The RT-PCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expressional changes of proNGF,Sortilin and p75 in pimeloma,and 12 dates normal tissue around the gliomas as the control.Results：All the factors were detected in gliomas,and high expressed in normal tissues,statistics significance between them （P＜0.05）.Conelusion：The cell apoptosis inducing by proNGF was play a very important role in the course of pimeloma,and its low expression maybe a mechanism of human body.
