黑龙江省和山西省汉族人群ABO血型系统遗传多态性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解黑龙江汉族人群和山西省汉族人群ABO血型分布特征。方法:采用玻片法进行ABO血型检测。结果:黑龙江汉族人群ABO血型分布为B型(33.7%),O型(28.3%),A型(25.9%),AB型(12.1%),基因频率r>q>p;山西省汉族人群为B型(40.4%),O型(29.0%),A型(18.8%),AB型(11.9%),基因频率r>q>p。两省汉族男女间ABO血型分布差异无显著性(P≥0.05)。两省汉族ABO血型中的各型观察值和期望值均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。结论:黑龙江汉族人群和山西省汉族人群均具有较高的B基因频率,具有典型的北方人群的结构特征;ABO血型遗传具有多态性、保守性及变异性。Objective：To investigate the distributive character of ABO blood groups in Heilongjiang and Shanxi Han population. Methods：ABO blood groups were detected with slide method. Resuit：Heilongjiang Han population is characterized by the distribution of ABO blood groups B 〉 O 〉 A 〉 AB and the allele frequencies r 〉 q 〉 p. Shanxi Han population is characterized by the distribution of ABO blood groups B 〉 O 〉 A 〉 AB and the allele frequencies r 〉 q 〉 p. There was no significant difference in the distribution of ABO blood groups between males and females in two provinces （P ≥ 0. 05 ）. Observations and expectations of each blood type conform to balance law of Hardy -Weinberg. Conclnsions：The frequency of B blood type is higher in Heilongjiang and Shanxi Han population, whilh is the typical structure featur of the northern people.
