动脉插管灌注化疗联合手术在子宫颈癌治疗中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析动脉插管灌注化疗联合手术在子宫颈癌治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:我院收治的符合观察标准的子宫颈癌患者60例,随机分成A组和B组,A组患者给予动脉插管灌注化疗+手术治疗,B组患者给予单纯手术治疗。比较两组患者化疗疗效、手术情况以及术后3a、5a生存率。结果:B组患者完全有效(Complete Response,CR)率为0、部分缓解(partial response,PR)率10.00%,A组患者CR率20.00%,PR率为66.67%%,两组比较P<0.01,B组患者术中出血(422.71±29.42)mL,手术时间(3.97±0.84)h,A组患者术中出血(351.64±25.14)mL,手术时间(3.14±0.51)h,两组比较,P<0.01,B组患者3a生存率达66.67%、5a生存率达46.67%,A组患者3a生存率达90.00%、5a生存率达76.67%,两组比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:动脉插管灌注化疗联合手术治疗子宫颈癌疗效好、手术时间短、术中出血少、术后生存率高,值得在临床推广。Objective：Analyse the clinical value of arterial infusion chemotherapy and surgery in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods：Consistent with the observed standard hospital patients with cervical cancer, 60 patients were randomly divided into Group A and Group B, Group A of patients given arterial intubation chemotherapy and surgical treatment, Group B patients with surgical treat- ment. The two groups were compared the chemotherapy, surgery situation, and after 3 years, 5 - year survival rate. Results： B group of patients with CR rate of 0, PR rate of 10% and CR rate of the A group of patients is 20.00%, the PR rate was 66.67%, compared between the two groups, P 〈0.01, B group patienta with blood loss （422.71 ±29.42） ml, operative time （3.97 ±0.84） h, A group of patients with blood loss （351.64± 25.14） ml, surgery time （3.14 ± 0.51 ） h, compared between the two groups, P 〈0. 01, Patients in group B 3 - year survival rate was 66.67%, 5 - year survival rate was 46.67%, A group patients with 3 - year survival rate was 90.00%, 5 - year survival rate was 76.67% compared between the two groups, P 〈 0.05, a statistically significant diffe.r- ence. Concluslon：Arterial infusion chemotherapy and surgical treatment of cervical cancer is effective, shorter operative time, less blood loss, postoperative survival rate, it is＇ worth in clinical practice.
