摘 要:目的 探讨 IL - 4、紫杉醇对 lewis肺癌的抑制作用。方法 将 L ewis肺癌细胞 (1.2 5× 10 6 个 /鼠 )接种于 C5 7BL/ 6小鼠皮下。将 40只小鼠随机分为 、 、 、 组 ,接种后第 5天起分别给予生理盐水、IL - 4、紫杉醇、IL - 4+紫杉醇。第 18天处死动物。利用图像分析仪对肿瘤细胞核形态、DNA含量及 Ag NORs计数进行测量。结果 组核的面积为 37.0 37± 7.0 2 7μm2 ,周长为 2 2 .76 2± 4.312μm ,平均直径为 (3.136± 0 .35 1) μm,积分光密度为 (4 .2 94± 0 .992 ) ,Ag NORs计数为 (7.6 35± 1.16 0 ) ; 组核面积 (2 4.2 0 2±5 .0 12 )μm2 、周长 (18.6 2 5± 4.180 )μm、平均直径 (2 .6 42±0 .2 91) μm、积分光密度 (3.412± 0 .910 )、Ag NORs计数(5 .313± 0 .82 0 )比 组小 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ; 组核面积 (18.373± 4.833)μm2 、周长 (16 .5 2 2± 2 .5 18)μm、平均直径 (2 .40 1± 0 .2 88) μm、积分光密度 (3.0 96± 0 .771)、Ag NORs计数 (2 .6 70± 0 .40 1)比 组小 ,差异均有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ; 组核面积 (16 .6 6 4± 4.6 71) μm2 、周长(15 .90 1± 2 .70 0 ) μm、平均直径 (2 .2 83± 0 .30 8) μm、积分光密度 (2 .70 7± 0 .80 7)、Ag NORs计数 (1.Objective To investigate the inhibiting effects of IL-4 and taxol on Lewis lung cancer (LLC).Methods Lewis lung cancer cells (1.25×10 6/mouse) were inoculated subcutaneously to each of 40 mice, they were randomly divided into 4 groups. From the 5th day, to group Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,0.9% natrii chloride, IL-4 or taxol were injected respectively;to group Ⅳ, IL-4 and taxol were injected. On the 18 th day, all the mice were killed. Nuclear morphometry, DNA contents and AgNORs were detected by image analysis.Results Nuclear area, perimeter, mean diameter, DNA contents and AgNORs counting in group Ⅰ were 37.037 μm 2,22.762 μm,3.136 μm,4.294OD, and 7.635 counts respectively; in group Ⅱ were 24. 202 μm 2, 18.626 μm, 2.642 μm, 3.412 OD, and 5.313 counts respectively; in group Ⅲ were 18.373 μm 2, 16.522 μm,2 401 μm,3 096OD,and 2.670 counts respectively; in group Ⅳ were 16.664 μm 2, 15 901 μm,2 283 μm,2 707 OD, and 1.552 counts respectively. The differences of parameters between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were statistically significant ( P <0 05, P <0 01 and P <0 01 respectively), and also between each other in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ( P <0 05) Conclusion IL-4 and taxol all can inhibit LLC. The effect of combined treatment is the most significant, the effect of taxol is more significant than that of IL-4.
