摘 要:目的探讨化学原子化-原子吸收光谱法测定食品香菇中镉元素的检测条件。方法采用PE-AA400原子吸收分光光度计,MCA-201微型化学原子化器,波长228.8 nm,狭缝2.7 mm/1.35 mm,灯电流4 mA,载气氩气的流速1.1 L/min;采用均匀试验法,考察盐酸浓度、硼氢化钠溶液浓度、氢氧化钠溶液浓度、镉增敏试剂量对检测结果的影响。结果影响大小:盐酸浓度>氢氧化钠溶液浓度。结论最佳检测条件:盐酸浓度:4%、氢氧化钠溶液浓度:0.4%。Objective To discuss the detection condition of Cd in Lentinula edodes by means of chemical atomization - atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods PE -AA400 atomic absorption spectrophotometer, MCA -201 microscale chemical atomizer, wave - length of 228.8 nm, slit of 2.7 mm/1.35 mm, lamp current of 4mA and carrier gas flow velocity of argon with 1100 mL/min were available for the study. Uniform design method was adopted to observe the influence of the concentration of hydrochloric acid, NaBH4 and NaOH as well as the sensitizing reagent volume of Cd on the test results. Results The impact of the concentration of hydrochloric acid is more than that of NaOH. Conclusion The optimum conditions are set at the concentration of hydrochloric acid of 4%, and the concentration of NaOH solution of 0.4%.
