摘 要:目的了解深圳市食品中副溶血性弧菌的毒力基因特征状况。方法从2010年-2012年食品等外环境分离到420株副溶血性弧菌,用荧光PCR技术检测食品中分离的420株副溶血性弧菌耐热直接溶血素基因(tdh)、耐热直接溶血素相关溶血素基因(trh)和不耐热直接溶血素基因(tlh)。结果 420株副溶血性弧菌中,检出基因trh阳性4株,阳性率为0.95%;基因tlh阳性420株,阳性率为100%;未检出基因tdh的菌株。结论在食品外环境中深圳市尚未发现携带基因tdh副溶血性弧菌;携带基因trh副溶血性弧菌阳性率低;所有被检测副溶血弧菌均携带基因tlh;外环境中的副溶血性弧菌携带毒力基因差异较大。Objective To understand the virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 420 VP isolates from food during 2010 - 2012 were serotyped. Real - time PCR was used to detect the virulence genes tdh, trh and tlh. Results All the VP strains were PCR positive for tlh, while 4 strains were trh positive and the positive rate was 0.95 %. None of the strains had tdh gene. Conclusion In Shenzhen, all the VP isolates from food have tlh, few of them have trh and none of them have tdh. The virulence genes had large difference in VP strains from external environment.
