摘　　要：青年兴则国家兴,青年强则国家强,青年是祖国的未来和民族的希望,更是集体主义教育的主要对象。因此,系统探讨马卡连柯青年教育思想中尊重与要求相统一的基本原则、集体与个性相整合的教育内容、以及远景与传统相结合的教育方法,既是深入分析青年集体主义价值观培育必要性的客观要求,更是从目标、价值、理论和实践四个维度对如何培育塑造青年集体主义价值观加以全面把握的现实需要。Flourishing youths lead to a flourishing nation; Strong youths lead to a strong country. The youth is the future and hope of the nation, and the main target of collectivism education. Therefore, systematically exploring Makarenko＇s youth education thought about the basic principles of the unity of respect and requirements, the education content of the integrative of collective and individual, and the method of education of the vision combined with the traditional. They are not only the objective requirement of the necessity of in-depth analysis cultivating youth collectivist values, but also the realistic needs of comprehensively grasping how to cultivate and shape the youth collectivism values from the four dimensions of the goals, values？？, theory and practice.
